What are the options?

The Lab has three ways to pay for open play:

What does each option cost per month?

Here's the math by how many sessions you play a month. The 10-pack works out to $15 a session, but only if you use all 10 within 60 days, which means about 5 or more sessions a month.

The headline: six drop-ins cost $108, more than the $99 founding membership.

Which option is cheapest for you?

• 1–4 sessions a month: drop-ins. You pay only when you play, and you won't waste a 10-pack.
• 5–6 sessions a month: the 10-pack, if you'll use all 10 within 60 days. At exactly 6 a month, it's $90 versus $99 for membership.
• 7+ sessions a month: membership. Members play unlimited, so every extra session is included.

Open play runs 7 days a week (Monday to Thursday 6–9 PM, Saturday to Sunday 9 AM–12 PM), so 7 sessions a month is under two a week. See the schedule.

What changes after the first 50 members?

Membership goes to $139/month. The math shifts:

• Drop-ins stay cheaper up to 7 sessions a month ($126). At 8 ($144), membership wins.
• The 10-pack stays cheaper up to 9 sessions a month ($135). At 10 ($150), membership wins.

If you already play twice a week or more, the founding price is the better deal while it lasts. Check the membership page for current availability.

Are you pricing how often you play now, or how often you want to?

When we surveyed our players, most said they want to play about twice as often as they do now. If that's you, run the numbers on how often you want to play, not your current habit.

Two sessions a week is about 8 a month: $144 in drop-ins, $120 in 10-packs, or $99 as a founding member. And with membership, a ninth or tenth session is included.

If long waits or mismatched games keep you from playing more, that's what The Lab is built to fix: courts are DUPR skill-verified (3.0–3.6, 3.7–4.4 and a 4.5+ Challenge Court), there's no waiting between games, and you play 2+ hours nonstop. More time playing per visit means more value per session, whichever option you choose.

What else should you factor in?

• The drive. Whether you're coming from Doral or Sunny Isles Beach, be realistic about how often you'll make the trip. Free on-site parking helps.
